Hanbit Tower is an observatory sculpted with the motif of science and space, located within Expo Science Park in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon. This tower was built as a symbolic sculpture to commemorate the 1993 Daejeon Expo and is called Hanbit Tower, meaning a single ray of light connecting the present and the future. Hanbit Tower offers a space where you can view Expo Science Park and key areas of Daejeon at a glance, with an elevator that can accommodate 20 people at a time operating inside, allowing visitors to enjoy various scenes through front glass windows. On the first floor, the exhibition room features photos of main tourist attractions symbolizing Daejeon and audiovisual materials. Hanbit Tower can be accessed via Expo-ro from Yudeung-ro and Daedeok-daero, and nearby there are Expo Science Park, Daejeon Shinsegae Art & Science, National Science Museum, Daejeon Convention Center, and Hanbat Arboretum.
