Located in Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, Dongcheon Natural Botanical Garden operates with the motto 'Nature is the greatest teacher for children,' offering opportunities to directly experience plants and animals. Mireuksa is a temple affiliated with the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism, located on Maguri Pass Road, which connects Gogi-dong and Dongcheon-dong in Suji-gu, Yongin-si. The head monk Juheo began missionary activities in a small hermitage founded in the late 1980s. The Bosajeon enshrines a wooden Thousand-Armed Thousand-Eyed Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva. This Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva is known as the largest wooden Thousand-Armed Thousand-Eyed Avalokitesvara statue in Korea, measuring 7 meters tall. On the rear wall behind the statue, there is a Thousand Buddha statue of Shakyamuni, the Buddha of the present world. On the east wall of Bosajeon, there are Tri-Tripiṭaka paintings and a Guardian Deity painting. Further inside is the Daejeokgwangjeon, the main temple hall where Vairocana Buddha is enshrined as the principal Buddha.
