Yeoncheon Narutbae Village | Attraction Guide

Located near Herb Village, Yeoncheon Narutbae Village is the northernmost village adjacent to the Armistice Line where visitors can enjoy various farmstay experiences. It is a Rural-20 village designated by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs to promote farm and fishing village experience tourism to foreigners, and was selected as a target village for the '2012 Peace Ecological Village Development Project' by the Ministry of Interior and Safety. The village offers pension accommodations with facilities including farms, education centers, restaurants, kitchens, auditoriums, and elevators, as well as a camping site called Pamping. There are day-trip and overnight farm experience programs, and farmstay and deck camping rural experience programs. Programs include the rarely accessible DMZ Civilian Control Line tour, Imjingang ecological experiences like freshwater crab catching, crop harvesting, cauldron cooking, and barbecue meals. These are designed as family-friendly farmstay programs to create enjoyable memories. Reservations can be made via the website, and a photo ID is required for the DMZ Civilian Control Line tour. It is about a 32-minute drive from Eunhyeon IC.
