Jaein Waterfall has long been widely known as a scenic spot. The waterfall is formed where a small stream flowing down from Jijangbong in the north pours down an approximately 18m high basalt columnar joint cliff, creating a spectacular sight. Around Jaein Waterfall, it is also known as a habitat for natural monuments such as Eoreumchi and endangered species like the pink dragonfly. A beautiful love story related to the name of the waterfall has been passed down. Various basalt features can be observed at Jaein Waterfall, notably columnar joints, undercut caves, potholes, and gas tubes. The waterfall, about 18m high, continues to erode the area below it, forming a pothole with a depth of 5m. A pothole is a deep hole formed when whirlpools occur in concave or broken parts of river rocks.

Dongmakgol Recreation Area, located in Seongsan Valley, is Yeoncheon's representative valley flowing along Amicheon. It was the filming location for intense battles against the People's Army featuring Kim Chunsam and the hut family beggars in the MBC drama Wangcho. Clear water winds deeply through the valley, blending with dramatic rocks and natural forests, adding to its mystique. Most areas have shallow water with waist-deep pools suitable for families with children as a summer retreat. The site is part of the Hantangang UNESCO Global Geopark, widely covered with Mesozoic Cretaceous tuff. Dongmakgol tuff, formed from volcanic ash and rock debris, is known as Dragon Rock and Turtle Rock. Particle size increases upstream near the volcano, offering geological study alongside scenic views. Nearby is Pung-hole, a natural cave 16m deep and 2.2m high to the south of Dongmak-ri, where cold air flows in summer and warm steam rises in winter, creating a unique phenomenon. Since July 1, 2020, fishing, camping, and cooking are prohibited. However, from 7:00 to 19:00 during June-August, tents and sunshades are temporarily allowed. Nearby are paid auto campsites, platforms, and shower facilities for convenient use. It is about an 11-minute drive from Eunhyeon IC. Nearby attractions include Soyo Mountain, Hantangang Recreation Area, Hantangang Tourist Auto Camping, Yeoncheon Jeongok-ri Site, Jeongok Prehistoric Museum, Jaein Waterfall, Pocheon Sinbuk Resort Spring Pole Hot Springs, and Pocheon Herb Island.

Yeoldugaeul is a valley in Yeoncheon boasting picturesque scenery. The water is clear and clean, and the shallow stream attracts many summer visitors. Yeoldugaeul stretches from Choseong-ri in Cheongsan-myeon, Yeoncheon-gun, to Deokdun-ri in Sinbuk-myeon, Pocheon-gun, where majestic cliffs and a clear valley create a fairy-tale-like landscape. Famous spots including Seonnyeo Rock, Mujangso, Boanso, Manjang Rock, Pyeong Rock, Doraso, Dolmukso, Bong Rock, Ssangmuso, and Yongsugolso extend over 10 ri. Before bridges existed, to get from Beopsudong to Deokdun-ri, people had to cross the stream (Sannaecheon) twelve times. Although now five bridges have been built and transportation is convenient, the name Yeoldugaeul remains.
