1997년 5월 여주시에서 개관하였으며, 신륵사관광지 안에 조성되었다. 여주박물관은 전시, 연구, 교육을 위한 귀중한 문화재를 확보하고, 이의 보존과 전승에 기여하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 박물관은 전시실 2실과 시청각실, 사무실, 수장고, 야외공연장으로 이루어져 있다. 주요 전시품으로는 여주목읍지, 여주향교중수 기사 등 고서적과 여주와 관련된 인물들의 서간문·교지·칙령·전문 등의 고문서류와 토기·도자기·민속유물 등을 들 수 있다. 또한 흔암리선사주거지 디오라마, 매룡리 고분군 석실묘 모형, 쌍룡거줄다리기 디오라마, 신륵사 모형, 명성왕후 생가 모형 등 여러 종류의 디오라마와 모형을 전시하고 있다. 이외에 여주박물관에서는 여주의 역사와 문화유적에 관한 책자를 발간하고, 소장 유물 및 관내 문화재의 디지털 화상 작업, 공무원의 관내 문화유적 탐방 등의 활동을 하고 있다.

세계생활도자관의 새 이름 반달미술관은 지난 10년간 경기세계도자비엔날레가 개최되었던 도자 전문미술관으로써 초승달, 상현달, 하현달, 보름달 홀 등 4개의 전시홀에서 예술작품으로써 생활도자의 무한 영역을 보여주는 전시가 상설 개최되고 있다.

목아불교박물관은 한국의 전통 목공예와 불교미술의 계승 발전을 위해 설립된 사립 전문 불교 박물관이다. 무형문화재 제108호(목조각장)인 박찬수 선생이 설립하였다. 1989년 2월 착공해 이듬해 전시관을 완공한 후 전통공예관으로 개관한 뒤, 학예연구실·소반정사·야외전시관 등 부속건물을 조성하였다. 1993년 야외전시장에 미륵삼존대불을 점안하면서 정식 개관하였다.

Yeoju Sunflower Village, located on the border between Gyeonggi-do and Gangwon-do, is a clean and pleasant mountain village. Behind the village, the foothills of Taebong Mountain surround it like a folding screen, and to the east, the Seomgang River flows gently, creating a beautiful scenery with fertile soil. Every September, the village hosts a sunflower flower festival along with agricultural crop cultivation and harvesting experiences, a sunflower seed shelling contest, sunflower-related activities, and a 4 km sunflower flower path. Throughout the year, various experiences are offered that allow visitors to learn about rural life and appreciate the value of local agricultural products. At both ends of the village are Sejong Observatory, Gamasum Amusement Area, Satgatbong Hot Spring, and Castle Pine Golf Course, making it a rare rural village where one can enjoy both the countryside atmosphere and modern tourism.
