Seolon is a café created by remodeling an old hot spring site. You can find traces of the hot spring throughout the stylishly transformed space, which has been made into a photo zone, giving it a unique and distinctive atmosphere. The interior features a Zen-style space that harmonizes modern simplicity with the beauty of Eastern emptiness, and some seats are decorated with kotatsu, a heating device used in Japan, and tatami mats used in traditional Japanese houses, filling the place with a Japanese ambiance and sensibility. Additionally, there is an outdoor foot bath where visitors can experience foot soaking. The signature menu includes Seolon Hot Spring Pudding and Seolon Castella, all made using only fresh, high-quality ingredients. The handmade pudding, made using traditional methods, is steamed with hot spring water to achieve a soft texture, and the castella is slowly baked for a moist texture.
