This dumpling specialty restaurant is known for its North Korean-style handmade dumpling soup and dumpling stew. The Hamgyeong-do Hoeryeong-style dumplings are large and round in shape. They taste even better when served with mildly fermented North Korean-style kimchi. The Hoeryeong-style dumpling stew is made by breaking the dumplings and boiling them with vegetables. The spicy flavor suits our preferences well. It is also good to finish the meal by adding rice into the stew. Nearby, there is the Jipyeong Makgeolli brewery.
