두물머리생태학교는 경기도 양평군 양수리 두물머리에 위치하고 있으며, 49,587㎡의 넓은 대지 위에 각종 야생화를 비롯한 초본류와 연꽃밭을 비롯한 수생식물, 느티나무숲 등의 나무숲으로 이루어져 있다. 교과서에서 이론으로 배우는 지식보다 자연과 생태를 통해 자연의 소중함을 배우는 기회를 주고자 환경 교육에 필요한 곤충, 식물들을 갖추고 있다. 자연과 가까운 환경 속에서 스스로 생각하는 과정을 통해 지속가능한 환경을 위해 생태 감수성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한다. 일 년 내내 각 분야 전문가 선생님들의 지도로 곤충, 동물, 야생화 숲해설 등의 교육을 받을 수 있다. 두물머리생태학교에서는 생태체험학습, 생태미술프로그램, 주말 생태체험학습 프로그램을 운영하며 생태교사연수도 가능하다.
