As you approach Yongmunsan Tourist Complex, the first sight to catch your eye is Yongmunsan, which stands 1,157 meters tall. The majestic mountainous terrain and stunning rock formations of Yongmunsan, which embraces the complex, are reminiscent of Geumgangsan. The summit of Yongmunsan was previously a restricted area but was opened in 2007, attracting many hikers. The main attractions include Yongmunsa Temple and the natural monument Yongmunsa Ginkgo Tree. The ginkgo tree at Yongmunsa, which visitors seek out first, is over 60 meters tall, more than 12 meters in circumference, and estimated to be about 1,100 to 1,300 years old. It is the largest and oldest ginkgo tree surviving in Korea and the largest in East Asia. Within the complex, there is a traditional food village near the entrance, an eco-friendly agriculture museum, a nostalgic youth museum, Jeongjiguksabu Dobi Monument, and Yongmunsan District War Memorial. The complex also features a large lawn plaza, camping grounds, a fountain, and an outdoor performance hall, making it a year-round popular attraction. Nearby, a pension village has been established, offering lodging options.

Dumulmeori is the place where the Bukhan River, flowing from Geumgangsan, and the Namhan River, originating from Geomryongso at the foothills of Geumdaebong in Gangwon-do, meet, marking the beginning of the Han River. Early morning mist, sunrise, yellow sailboats, and a zelkova tree over 400 years old blend harmoniously in Yangsu-ri Dumulmeori. It is a place that transforms beautifully through the four seasons and is selected as one of the must-visit spots in Korea by Korean Tourism 100. Known as Han River's No. 1 Scenic Spot (Dumulgyeong) and a filming location for various dramas and movies, it attracts numerous domestic and international tourists, serving as a representative ecotourism site in South Korea. The beautiful scenery of Dumulmeori has been famous since the Joseon Dynasty, preserved through Lee Geonpil's 'Two Rivers' Seungyudo' and Jeong Seon's 'Dokbaektan,' transcending time. It is an ecological treasure that should be passed on to future generations as a beautiful heritage of both South Korea and Yangpyeong.
Semiwon is a garden of water and flowers surrounded on three sides by Paldang Lake, featuring about 270 species of plants including aquatic plants in the traditional East Asian garden style. It offers various sights to see. In June 2019, it was designated as Gyeonggi-do's first local garden. It is known that Jeong Yak-yong built a ferry bridge across the Namhan River in the Yangju area, where the river narrows, at the site of today’s Semiwon. It also includes the Lotus Museum, water lily greenhouse, Seokchangwon, Sangchunwon, and various facilities and experiential events, making it a garden of water and flowers that has become a space breathing the history and cultural arts of Korea.
