Yanggu Traditional Handmade Tofu has been operated for over 30 years, passed down through three generations as a specialty handmade tofu restaurant. Every dawn, tofu is made in a traditional way using a cauldron. Certified as a Korea 100-Year Store by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, the tofu itself is savory and soft, with a rich soybean flavor. While there are various tofu dishes, the tofu hot pot is especially popular. The broth is refreshing without being spicy or stimulating, making it enjoyable for everyone. The side dishes served are plentiful, including grilled sausages and donggeurangttaeng (Korean-style meat patties) that children like, and refills are self-service, so the whole family can enjoy plenty. In addition to tofu hot pot, there are dishes like jjabak tofu, whole tofu stew, and perilla oil grilled tofu.
