행복&피크닉은 100% 정원제로 운영하고 있는 아이와 함께하기 좋은 물놀이 명소다. 가족석과 파티룸으로 나뉘어 운영하며 많은 사람에 치이지 않고 여유롭게 이용할 수 있는 것이 장점이다. 텐트가 쳐져 있어 취사 가능 및 물놀이 후 휴식하기 좋으며, 다양한 놀거리와 온수풀을 운영하고 있다. 텐트 내부에는 콘센트가 있어 핸드폰 충전기 등 다양한 전기 장비를 사용할 수 있고 바비큐도 즐길 수 있다. 야외에는 풀장과 워터슬라이드가 준비되어 있는데 워터슬라이드는 두 군데 설치가 되어 있어서 오래 기다리지 않고 마음껏 즐길 수 있다. 실내 수영장도 운영하고 있어 날씨와 상관없이 즐길 수 있으며 버블 파티도 진행되어 더욱 특별하고 재미나게 물놀이를 할 수 있다. 전용 주차장이 있어 주차에 불편함이 없고 매점과 샤워실이 있어 이용이 편리하다.
