'Hamwolru' means 'Pavilion Embracing the Moon' and is located on Hamwolsan Mountain, known since ancient times for 'receiving the energy of the moon.' Important Intangible Cultural Property master carpenter Choi Ki-young participated as the head carpenter, and veteran calligrapher Songcheon Jeong Ha-geon, who created signboards for Jogyesa and Haeinsa Temples, was responsible for the pavilion's signboard, ensuring the highest level of perfection. The pavilion itself is beautifully designed, but it is especially beloved for its panoramic night view of Ulsan Bridge, the world's third longest suspension bridge, and Ulsan city. Adjacent to Seongan district, famous for its many popular restaurants and charming cafes, it is a favored date spot for couples.

The city view from the high ground of Seongan-dong is a representative night view attraction. The Ulsan Jung-gu Office newly created this area as Dalbit Night View Nuri-gil. Floor lighting is installed along the path, and several photo zones allow visitors to stroll slowly, enjoy the scenery, and take plenty of pictures. The first photo zone, 'Dalbit Nuri-gil,' is located near the entrance of Hamwol Child Forest Experience Center. It is marked with crescent moon lighting and the phrase 'Dalbit Nuri-gil,' making the starting point clear. The full moon photo zone is decorated with cloud and star sculptures that shine in various colors after sunset. The sentimental phrase photo zone features the words "You must be the moon, since you rise only at night" along with a hand-heart sculpture, making it ideal for couples to take pictures. Lastly, the 'Stairway to Heaven Photo Zone' allows visitors to take photos of stairs appearing to float in the air, with subtle lighting and a beautiful night view of the Ulsan Bridge, perfect for photography.

Sutmot Ecological Park is located in Jung-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City, and serves as a resting place for local residents where they can relax comfortably while viewing lotus and water lilies. It features well-installed walking trails, benches, a fountain, and a pedestrian deck for a more pleasant experience. The pond, Sutmot, is associated with the legend of 'Dongbangsak, who lived for 30,000 years,' and 'Mago Halmi,' who is said to have captured him. Originally, this Sutmot was a small pond called Bantii-mot (Hamji-mot), but it has since been expanded with city support to take on the characteristics of a proper pond.
