Taxis are common, but apps make destinations and payments much easier. These three are enough for travelers.

- Tourist-friendly: k.ride (Kakao Mobility)
- Uber works as “Uber Taxi” (availability varies)
- Destination is most accurate in Korean
Which one should I use?
- Kakao T: biggest local network
- k.ride: generally clearer for tourists
- Uber Taxi: familiar UI—check coverage
Practical tips
- Enter destination in Korean if possible
- Pick a clear pickup point (main entrance/curbside)
- Allow extra time at night or in rain
Watch out
- Rarely, a driver may cancel—just re-request
- You don’t need long conversations—just make the destination clear
