Tongyeong Suryuk Beach is located on the eastern side of Mireukdo Island in Tongyeong, stretching about 550 meters along the coastline. The water is calm, shallow, and clear, making it ideal for family summer vacations. The beach is open for swimming from July to August and is equipped with convenient facilities such as restrooms and showers. Various events, including a beach volleyball tournament and a water show, are held every summer.

Suruk Beach, where a beautiful sea unfolds at a glance, stretches across Donam-dong in Tongyeong-si and Suruk village in Sanyang-eup. The coastline is about 550m long, consisting of pebbles and sand. The waves are calm and the water is shallow, making it suitable for family vacations. City buses from Tongyeong run frequently, providing convenient transportation. Although it is a small beach, it is equipped with restrooms and showers for easy use. It opens annually from July to August, and in early August, a special stage for a marine festival is set up on the beach. Various events such as the World Women's Super Beach Volleyball Tournament, Sepak Takraw Competition, and Aerobics Contest are held here.

Tongyeong Adventure Tower is an extreme sports facility located 15 meters above the ground, offering an exciting experience for people of all ages. It features over 90 thrilling courses suited for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, allowing participants to climb, cross, and jump to enjoy the thrill. The attraction also provides various facilities, such as a convenience store, a resting place, and an observatory.

Tongyeong Adventure Tower is an extreme sports facility enjoyed at a height of 15 meters, capable of accommodating over 100 people simultaneously in a large-scale facility. Up to 100 people can experience about 90 exciting courses, each composed of beginner, intermediate, and advanced difficulty levels, allowing participants to choose activities suitable for their physical conditions. It is certified for safety according to international European safety standards, enabling a safer experience. It also offers a great opportunity for student training and group workshops to foster adventurous spirit and teamwork, and allows families, friends, and couples to create special memories together.

Triathlon Square, located within Tongyeong Donam Tourist Site, was originally created as a triathlon competition venue but has recently become popular as a camping spot for car tents. It is a great place to enjoy fresh sashimi, Chungmu gimbap, and honey bread bought from nearby Jungang Market or the fresh fish market, while savoring the refreshing sea breeze and relaxing atmosphere. The coastal walking trail, Haean Nuri-gil, is 4.3 km long, taking about 1 hour and 20 minutes for adults, making it an ideal spot for a post-meal walk. Visitors can enjoy the blue sky, star-filled night sky, and the blue South Sea, creating a romantic experience. The anchored boats and the night view of the nearby Marina Resort are also unmissable sights.

Mireukdo is an island within Hallyeohaesang National Park and serves as a central hub for southern sea marine tourism. It is connected to the mainland by Chungmu Bridge and designated as a tourist zone, allowing visitors to enjoy various freely. The highlight of Mireukdo Tourist Zone is Mireuksan, a mountain towering in the center of Mireukdo. Visitors can take the Hallyeosudo Cable Car, completed in 2008, to the summit to see spectacular views of the archipelago. Mireuksan is not very tall but is known for its dense forests and clear valleys, with beautiful azaleas in spring and colorful foliage in autumn. The mountain has well-maintained trails suitable for a light two-hour hike. A popular route starts at Yonghwasa Square, passes Gwaneumsa and Mireukjae, reaches the peak, then descends via Miraesa and Tti-bat to return to Yonghwasa Square. Reflecting its fame, marine tourism offering yachts, cruises, windsurfing, kayaking, and water skiing is also well developed. Cruise ships connecting Hansando, Bijindo, and Maemuldo in front of Tongyeong are popular for all ages. Additionally, at the musical fountain rest area, sweet music combined with colorful laser videos uplifts spirits and allows visitors to fully enjoy the charm and romance of Tongyeong.
