Buksuwon Oncheon is the perfect relaxation spot to blow away your tired daily life all at once. It is an ecological park where lotus flowers bloom beautifully. Yuljeon-dong is a place named after the Joseon Dynasty, when many chestnut trees grew there, hence called Yuljeon. It can be called a park that holds the scent of chestnuts. There is a pond, ecological wetland, forest play facilities, and an observation learning center, making it a natural experience learning site for young children.

Nosongji-dae is an area of about 5 km with old pine trees along the old Gyeongsu National Road from the top of Jijidae Pass, where Jijidae-bi is located. It is said that King Jeongjo (reign 1776–1800) granted 1,000 nyang of naetanggeum to the tree-planting manager of Hyeonryungwon, the royal tomb of his father Jangheonseja, and had 500 pine trees and 40 weeping willows planted here. Currently, most of the trees have died, and only 38 pine trees remain preserved: 9 near the 1st area Hyohang Memorial Hall, 21 near the 2nd area Sampung Garden, and 8 near the 3rd area Songjeong Elementary School. During the Joseon Dynasty, there was a philosophy called Jonsong (Respect for Pines), showing how dearly pine trees were cherished. Pine trees have captivated the spirit of the Korean people because they are dignified, solemn, taciturn, noble, unpretentious, quiet, unchanging, natural, and harmonious. Nowadays, due to air and soil pollution, vehicle vibrations, pine moth larvae, pine needle gall midges, and pine sawyer beetles, many trees have been damaged, leading to ongoing management and conservation plans to protect the pine trees.
