약사사는 경기도 성남시 남한산성 만덕산의 중턱에 위치한 한국불교여래종에 속한 사찰이다. 약사사는 1937년에 숙현대보살(본명 윤봉순)이 현몽을 꾼 후 이창호 할머니의 도움으로 암자터에서 작은 굴을 발견하고 법당을 세워 신앙생황을 시작한 것이 절의 창건이다. 1967년 3월에 인왕스님이 남한선상에 있던 사찰인 한흥사를 재건한 후 1968년 동방교주 약사여래입상을 봉안하고 현재 사찰 이름인 약사사로 변경하였다. 1999년 대웅보전 공사 중에 고려시대 제작된 것으로 추정되는 석탑 부재(하단 기단 면석 2매, 갑석부재 5매, 옥개석 1개)와 기와 편 등이 발견되어 원래 사찰터였음을 확인할 수 있었다. 지장시왕도는 성보전에 봉안되어 있다.
