The Dunchon Ijip Burial Site is located in Hadaewon-dong, Jungwon-gu, Seongnam-si, and is the graveyard of the late Goryeo official Ijip. It is a circular double grave shared with his wife, Jeong Hwatakju, of the Yeongju Hwang clan. Ijip was a scholar-official during late Goryeo who passed the civil service exam under King Chungmok. He was renowned for his extensive knowledge and noble character. In 1368, after criticizing Shin Don's corruption, fearing reprisals, he fled carrying his father and lived in seclusion in Yeongcheon. After Shin Don was executed for treason, Ijip returned to Hyeonhwa-ri under Suyang Mountain. He was appointed Panjeonggyosa but soon resigned, spending his later years reading and farming. The mound is 1.8m high and 6.6m in diameter with a dragon tail and spread wings. Stone features include a hunyuseok at the center of the mound, a sangdol, a square incense burner stone, and a Jangmyeongdeung lantern. On both sides of the sangdol are mangjuseok, a pair of muninseok statues, four awning stones, two-tiered gyetaeseok steps, and one old and one new west-facing grave marker on each side of the mound. The Jangmyeongdeung lantern at the mound’s center has a 화창gong and a roof with a samo hat and lotus flame decoration.

Daewon Park, located in Jungwon-gu of Seongnam-si, including Sangdaewon, Hadaewon, and Jung-dong areas, was completed in 2002 to contribute to the health, recreation, and emotional well-being of Seongnam residents. It features walking paths and a large green space totaling 10,176㎡. Within the park are a multipurpose sports field, a wildflower garden, a pine forest, a children's playground, badminton courts, and other sports facilities. In July 2007, a water play fountain with 77 underwater lights was installed, allowing visitors to enjoy a spectacle of light and water. Additionally, a 400m barefoot red clay path was opened. This path was created by laying 20cm thick red clay under the shade of the existing tree-lined walking paths. Convenience facilities such as foot washing stations and shoe storage compartments have also been installed.

Sujin Park is a park located in Sujin-dong, Sujung-gu, Seongnam-si. The cherry blossoms at the entrance path are one of the nine scenic cherry blossom spots in Seongnam and become a popular place in spring. The park is equipped with various exercise facilities such as a fitness center, badminton court, tennis court, and multipurpose sports ground to promote the healthy lives of residents. Additionally, the Barefoot Loess Trail is a circular path around the entire park. It is 525m long and 1.5m wide, with a 20cm layer of loess spread on the mountain path. Shoe racks and foot-washing stations are provided at the starting point.
