Seonhan Recipe Jeongja Main Branch | Restaurant Guide

This is a Korean traditional set meal restaurant located in the back alley of Hi-Mart in Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do. At the entrance of the store, a framed sign catching the eye states, 'All foods of Seonhan Recipe are flavored with natural ingredients and our soy sauce.' The main menu is lotus leaf set meal. Side dishes include japchae with few toppings, grilled short rib patties, seasoned eggplant, lightly grilled tofu, chive pancake, doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew), seasoned greens, and young radish kimchi. The chive pancake is slightly fried to create a crispy texture, which is popular. A one-day cooking class taught directly by Director Lee Gye-seon is held at the Naver Cooking Studio. It introduces our food flavored with Joseon soy sauce and natural seasonings that are gentle on the stomach. The class covers three menus: lotus leaf rice, chicken burdock hot pot, and Korean dessert Utjiji, with demonstration and tasting.
