Introduction

수내동 가옥은 분당 신도시 개발 이전, 이곳에 세거하였던 한산이씨[韓山李氏]의 살림집 중 한 채로 이택구가 거주하였던 집이다. 과거 수내동 지역은 선산 안쪽에 약 70호 가량이 마을을 이루고 있었으며, 그 중 한산이씨는 30여 호 가량 되는 집성촌이었다. 현재는 분당지구 개발로 인하여 철거되고 이 집만 남았다. 이 가옥의 정확한 건립 연대 및 연혁은 파악할 수 없으나 이 가옥에 살았던 이택구씨의 증조부가 이곳으로 이사한 후 4대째 거주한 것으로 미루어 대략 150-200년 전에 조성한 것으로 추정된다.
