무주군 안성면 명천마을에 위치한 농촌체험휴양마을로 숙박과 캠핑장을 운영되고 있다. 마을의 소나무 숲은 산림청에서 주관한 100대 명품 소나무숲으로 지정이 되었으며 제 14회 아름다운 숲 건국 대회에서 공존상을 수상하기도 하였다. 소나무 숲에 데크를 조성하여 캠핑장 및 체험장으로 활용을 하고 있으며 넓은 공간을 보유하고 있어 가족 단위 방문객이나 단체 방문객의 캠핑과 체험 프로그램이 다양하게 운영되고 있다. 덕유산 자락에서 흘러내리는 맑은 계곡이 자리한 곳으로 물소리와 숲 소리가 아름답다 하여 명천물숲마을이라 불리고 있다.
