Junghwaro is the oldest Chinese restaurant in Mokpo, located in front of the former Dongbonwon Temple Mokpo branch. It offers a menu item called 'Jungkkan,' which is hard to find in other regions. It is a type of Yuni Jjajang that includes finely minced meat. The soft noodles, which can be slurped easily in one bite, and the fried egg on top stimulate the appetite.

목포에서 가장 오래된 이 건물은 1897년 10월 목포항이 개항되고, 1898년 10월 목포일본영사관이 목포에 설치됨에 따라 영사관으로 지은 것이다. 광복이후 1947년부터 목포시청, 1974년부터 (구)목포일본영사관, 1990년 1월부터는 목포문화원으로 사용되다 최근 목포문화원이 이전함에 따라 보수 후 2014년 목포근대역사관 1관으로 개관하였다.

고하도전망대는 이충무공이 명량대첩에서 승리 후 전열을 가다듬었던 고하도에 13척의 판옥선 모형을 격자형으로 쌓아올린 전망대다.

The Skywalk offers a panoramic view of Yudalsan Mountain, Gohado Island, and the scenic Mokpo Bridge known for its night views. It spans a total length of 120 meters, with over two-thirds of the floor made of transparent tempered glass, providing a thrilling experience as if walking over the sea while enjoying the romantic view of Mokpo's waters. There is also a steel grating with holes that allows visitors to experience dizzying heights as they walk. Additionally, it is a great spot for photos with Gohado and Mokpo Bridge as backgrounds, and a famous place to enjoy stunning sunsets along with the western sea dusk.

서산동 시화마을은 추억과 향수를 불러일으키는 곳으로 보리마당 위에서 내려다보는 항구와 바다, 아름다운 마을 경관이 있는 곳이다. 주민들의 글과 그림으로 조성된 시화골목, 영화1987 촬영지 연희네 슈퍼는 관광객들에게 인기가 많은 관광 명소이다. 또한 연희네슈퍼에서 포토존을 운영하고 영화속 장면을 재현하는 체험을 할 수 있다.
