Gilsun Multeombeong is famous for its agwijjim (braised monkfish) and multeombeong (a local nickname for monkfish in Incheon). The menu features multeombeong soup and agwijjim. Multeombeong is a soup dish, while agwijjim is steamed. Side dishes include stir-fried kimchi, stir-fried stuffed chili peppers, pickled cucumbers, braised potatoes, and cold cucumber soup. The agwijjim is made with a spicy red sauce and is filled with crunchy bean sprouts and plump, tender fish meat. Wrapping the bean sprouts and fish meat together makes for a special taste. After finishing most of the agwijjim, it is recommended to end the meal with fried rice, made with the remaining sauce if ordered.
