This is a Baengryeondo-style naengmyeon specialty restaurant located near Jemulpo Station in Michuhol-gu, Incheon. Baengryeong naengmyeon, a traditional dish from Baengryeondo, uses broth simmered from Korean beef bones for 24 hours, creating a refreshing and clean soup flavor. The noodles are made with buckwheat flour and fermented anchovy sauce from Baengryeondo. Famous in Incheon as a must-visit naengmyeon spot, this restaurant attracts customers with only two types of naengmyeon: mul-naengmyeon (cold broth noodles) and bibim-naengmyeon (spicy mixed noodles). Pork slices and mung bean pancakes are also popular, and during winter they offer a seasonal beef bone rice cake dumpling soup. It received a perfect score on the 98th episode of the TV program and has been featured on many other broadcasts as a top naengmyeon restaurant.
