Walking Along the Disappeared Fortress Wall Path

This section, extending from Gwanghwamun Square to Deoksugung Palace in Seoul, is a route where you can visit two of the five major palaces within the Hanyangdoseong Fortress walls. It is especially enjoyable to walk here when the path is dyed yellow with ginkgo leaves. Don’t forget to stop by the Seoul Museum of Art and the site of scholar Toegye Yi Hwang’s house.
