The Thinking Garden is a creative garden completed by the persistent farmer Seong Beom-yeong, who cultivated a wasteland in Jeoji-ri, Hangyeong-myeon, Jeju-si from 1968. It consists of eight small gardens and is internationally recognized as a fusion of creativity, art, and philosophy, often called the most beautiful garden in the world. It exhibits traditional Korean garden trees and bonsai, strange rocks, and viewing stones along grassy fields and oreums (volcanic cones). Massive stone walls and stone gates meticulously hand-carved from volcanic stones, along with natural stone buildings harmonized with cascading waterfalls and ponds scattered throughout, create an original Korean garden style that best showcases Jeju’s nature and charm. The garden has attracted global media attention as a spiritual flame of a farmer blossomed in barren land, and is one of the most visited sites by world dignitaries. Visits by international and domestic figures such as Chinese President Jiang Zemin, President Hu Jintao, North Korean Workers’ Party Secretary Kim Yong-sun, and Japanese Prime Minister Nakasone are too numerous to list. Visitors can not only tour the eight gardens each with a different theme, but also participate in unique and diverse experience programs available by reservation.

Jeju Glass Castle is a glass sculpture theme park located on a 35,978㎡ site in Jeoji-ri, Hangyeong-myeon, Jeju-si. The park features exhibition halls, flower gardens, mazes, and sculptures, all decorated entirely with glass to create a fantastic atmosphere. With over 250 sculptures arranged across six themed sculpture parks, visitors can experience the world's first glass maze, the world's largest glass sphere and glass diamond, glass stone walls, a mirror lake, a glass bridge, and glass artworks from renowned artists from Italy, Czech, and Japan. The main glass castle building, with a total floor area of 1,285㎡ spanning one basement and two floors above ground, operates a workshop where visitors can create various glass crafts such as glass beads, glass balloons, and glass bottles.

Donggwang-ri Rural Experience Village is a green rural experience village operated in Donggwang-ri, Andeok-myeon. Donggwang Village is located at an altitude of 200m to 400m and situated on the gentle lava plain of the southwestern slope of Hallasan, surrounded by small and large oreum and forests in a mid-mountain inland mountain village. It is a village that experienced the pain of the Jeju 4·3 Incident, with 4·3 relics remaining such as the lost village and commemorative stone monument, the large refuge used by residents called Keunneolgwai, a single grave, and a stone bridge. The experience village was remodeled from the closed Donggwang branch school and always has rural experience programs for tourists and Jeju residents. Programs include sledding and kite flying experiences, Korean beef raising and Jeju pony experience activities, bracken harvesting and wildflower observation, stone wall building and dairy cow experience activities, oreum exploration and flora and fauna exploration, 4·3 relics exploration, folk games, making potato mash and grinding with a millstone, bamboo archery and making bamboo water guns, and making mobile phone and keychains. In addition, it provides a visitor center, lodging facilities, natural grass stadium, and sports facilities, making it a venue for various programs. The Bukoreum Ecological Park trail connects to the visitor center to allow visitors to climb the oreum and directly feel the beautiful natural ecology. Nearby are Bukoreum, Georineoreum, and Gotjawal, with beautiful scenery including views of Marado. In 2016, it was selected as one of the top 10 rural tourism courses recommended by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and Korea Rural Community Corporation.
