Located in Jangsu-eup, Jangsu Nuri Park was established to create a space where rural residents and city dwellers can share the value and importance of agricultural and rural resources, while promoting the local economy by linking with surrounding tourist attractions. Including Jangsu Nuri Park, Uiam Park, and Nonggesadang, this area accounts for 30% of annual tourists in Jangsu-gun, serving as a representative tourism district. It provides experiences, tourism, and leisure spaces themed around red food (Korean beef, apples) and agriculture/rural life, which are representative local agricultural specialties. This rural theme park allows both urban and local residents to share the value and diversity of rural areas. It is also the hosting venue for the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism supported festival "Jangsu Hanwoo and Apple Festival."

Uiamsa Shrine was built to the memory of Chu Nongae, who sacrificed her life during the Imjin War (Japanese Invasion of Korea). In 1846, the Nongae-saeng-jang-hyang-su-myeong-bi monument was put up in praise of Nongae’s patriotism. In 1955, a shrine was built and named Uiamsa, which was then moved to the current location in 1974. Within the precincts of the shrine are a memorial stone, the portrait of Nongae by artist Kim Eun-ho, and three gates Woesammun, Naesammun and Chunguimun erected one after another. At the memorial hall, the existing possessions of Nongae and her husband General Choi Gyeong-hoe are on display. The annual Nongae Festival takes places on September 3rd by the lunar calendar, during which memorial services and cultural events are held to commemorate Nongae.

Uiamsa is a shrine enshrining the portrait of Joo Nongae, born in Jangsu, who jumped into the Namgang River with a Japanese general at Jinjoo Chokseokru. Nongae, known as one of the three great talents of Jangsu, was loved by Jinjoo military commander Choi Gyeonghoe during the mid-Joseon period. When Jinjoo Fortress, which resisted to the last during the Imjin War, was captured, the Japanese generals held a banquet at Chokseokru. Nongae, attending as a gisaeng, could not contain her grief over the fall of the fortress and the death of soldiers and civilians. She lured the Japanese general Geyamura Humisuke onto a rock, embraced him, and then jumped into the Namgang River to commit suicide. The rock she jumped from was later called Uiam, which is why the shrine is named Uiamsa. To commemorate her, in the 12th year of King Heonjong's reign (1846), the Jangsu magistrate erected the Chokseoksi Gionga Nongae Saengjanghyangsumyeongbi monument, and later in 1955, Jangsu residents built Nongae Shrine on Namsan, Jangsu-gun. In 1973, a sanctuary project was approved which relocated the shrine and built walls, triple gates, and decorated the Dancheong. The shrine grounds include the Saengjanghyangsumyeongbi Pavilion, memorial hall, outer triple gate, inner triple gate, Chungui Gate, and Portrait Pavilion. Every lunar September 3rd, Jangsu-gun holds a memorial ritual to honor Nongae's noble patriotism, designating the day as Jangsu Citizens' Day.

The Uiam Pine of Jangsu Jangsuri, growing right in front of the Jangsu County Office entrance, is estimated to be about 400 years old. It stands 9m tall with a circumference of 3.22m at chest height, having a single trunk. From about 1m above the ground, the trunk twists clockwise in a spiral shape, resembling a dragon coiling its body. The upper part of the tree splits into multiple trunks, forming a beautiful umbrella shape. The name Uiam Pine is said to come from the claim that Uiam Nongae planted it during the Imjin War (1592), but this is not certain; it is believed that local residents named the tree in memory of Nongae, who is depicted in a nearby portrait at Uiamsa Temple and near Uiam Lake below. The Jangsu Jangsuri Uiam Pine has lived for many years under the care and interest of ancestors, and due to its high biological value, it has been designated and protected as a natural monument.

Jangsu Hyanggyo is a local educational institution established by the state in the 7th year of King Taejong of Joseon (1407) to enshrine virtuous people and educate local residents. It was relocated to its current site in the 12th year of King Sukjong (1686). The Daeseongjeon is a space for enshrining Confucius and various sages, measuring 3 kan wide by 3 kan deep. The roof forms a side-facing gable roof resembling the Chinese character for person (人). The building is modest in size, with a double door in the center of the front facade. Each side room has a similar door, with a well-shaped (井) window beside it. The decorative structure supporting the eaves is elaborately adorned, a characteristic element of mid-Joseon architecture. Jangsu Hyanggyo was well preserved even during the Japanese invasions of the late 16th century, providing a clear example of early Joseon Hyanggyo style. The books stored here are valuable for local historical research, and particularly, the Daeseongjeon is one of the representative buildings of Joseon-era hyanggyo architecture.
