Sariwon Naengmyeon 1999 is a famous naengmyeon restaurant located next to Cheongram Middle School in Cheongna International City 3rd Complex. For first-timers, the broth might taste bland, which is actually the characteristic flavor that this well-known naengmyeon restaurant is famous for. Established in April 1999 in a semi-basement in Yonghyeon-dong, the restaurant started under the leadership of CEO Park Gwangnam with a unique menu and excellent cooking skills. The noodles are handmade with 100% sweet potato starch, making them very chewy, and the broth is rich and clean, simmered by boiling brisket and chadol. Lake Park is nearby, making it a good place to visit before or after your meal.
