Unseojeong (雲棲亭) is a pavilion built in 1928 by Kim Seunghui (金昇熙, 1892–1958), son of Seungji Kim Yanggeun (金瀁根, 1858–1926), to commemorate his father's virtuous deeds, using 300 seok of rice at the time. A terrace was created by stacking retaining walls along a gentle south-facing slope, with the building arranged on the terrace. Entering through the gate with a roofed porch (Gajeongmun, 嘉貞門) and ascending the stairs, the east and west study rooms are located on either side, and Unseojeong is built on another retaining wall above. Unseojeong is a Jusimpo-style structure with four bays at the front and three bays on the side, supported by 20 stone pillar bases holding wooden columns. The four corners of the hipped-and-gabled roof (paljakjibung) are supported by active pillars (hwalju), which in turn rest on elaborately decorated stone bases (hwaljuseokdae). Two dragons are positioned on the left and right of the Unseojeong nameplate facing outward at the front, and two dragons face each other with their bodies draped over the beams of the main hall.

Saseondae Tourist Site is located around Saseondae near the bank of the upper Seomjin River's Owoncheon stream and was designated as a national tourist site in 1985. According to legend, two fairies from Mai Mountain in Jinan-gun and two fairies from Unsu Mountain in Imsil-myeon visited the beautiful riverside of Gwanchon to play, whereupon four heavenly fairies descended from the sky to join them. The area has been thickly wooded with pine and cherry trees since ancient times, and in spring cherry blossoms bloom abundantly while in summer the site is bustling with people enjoying water play. In autumn, the fall foliage offers spectacular views, and in winter thick ice forms downstream, making it suitable for sledding and skating. On the precipitous cliff above Saseondae stands Unseojeong pavilion, designated as a tangible cultural heritage of Jeonbukteukbyeoljachi-do. Built over six years starting in 1928, it follows traditional Joseon Dynasty architectural style and consists of a pavilion, east and west study rooms, and a family gate. During the Japanese colonial period, patriot activists gathered here to share their sorrow for the fallen nation and discuss the future. The Saseondae Sculpture Park features works by artists from over ten countries worldwide as well as sculptures created by local sculptors from nearby Ogungri Art Village. Visitors can enjoy the beautiful scenery and art along well-maintained walking paths. A mural on a 3-meter-high, 20-meter-long concrete wall depicting the legend of Saseondae with four fairies and four heavenly maidens also draws attention. Additionally, the park includes a rose garden and rose tunnel where visitors can stroll amid blooming flowers and enjoy the fragrant rose scent during flowering season.

Saseondae Tourist Area was established around the upper region of the Seomjingang River. The pine trees are dense, cherry blossoms bloom in spring, and autumn leaves are spectacular in fall in this area. At the Sculpture Park next to the Saseondae Tourist Area, visitors can enjoy sculptures by local sculptors and international artists from the nearby Ogung-ri Art Village.
