Mujinjang Galbichon is located in Iksan-si, Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province. You can enjoy fresh female Korean beef by different cuts. The signature dishes are galbitang and special assorted Hanwoo cuts. The galbitang is made by carefully selecting only female Hanwoo beef bones and simmering for 24 hours to add richness and umami. In addition, meal options such as yukhoe bibimbap and pork ribs are available, and side dishes are also made using local food ingredients.
