Introduction

하늘누리 경비행기는 수도권 유일의 국토부 지정 전문교육 기관이다. 이곳에서 운영하는 경량비행학교는 경량항공기 자격증 취득을 위한 교육과정으로 이뤄진다. 우리나라에선 만 17세 이상이면 누구나 경량항공기 자격증을 취득할 수 있지만, 항공법규와 항공기상, 비행 이론, 항공교통 및 항법을 다루는 필기시험부터 만만치 않다. 그런데 하늘누리는 국토부 지정 전문교육 기관인 만큼 이곳의 교육과정을 이수할 경우 항공법규를 제외한 3과목은 면제된다. 이 같은 장점 때문에 늦게나마 파일럿의 꿈을 이루려는 사람부터 항공 관련 진학을 준비하는 학생들까지 이곳을 찾는다. 체험을 기다리는 30분 남짓한 시간에도 하늘누리의 활주로는 꽤 분주하다.
