Hyusimjeong is a complex healing space consisting of a multi-cultural complex that includes the bakery cafe Second One, fusion dining Oat, a pop-up store and gallery, covering a total floor area of about 900 pyeong, as well as an urban garden of approximately 2,500 pyeong. The outdoor garden is designed and planted with 28 species of trees and about 30 species of herbaceous plants based on the concept of a garden where flowers do not wither throughout the four seasons, creating diverse attractions and atmospheres depending on the season. It won the Beautiful Cultural City Space Award in 2021 and is the first private garden in Gwangju Gwangyeoksi.
