Saebit Park was originally the site of a sewage treatment plant. The plant was moved underground, and Gwangmyeong-si and Anyang-si collaborated to create an 180,000㎡ eco-friendly green space on top, transforming it into an urban park. Saebit Park, managed by Gwangmyeong-si, is adjacent to Saemul Park, managed by Anyang-si. Inside Saebit Park, there are Flower Garden, Saebit Square, Cherry Blossom Path, Ipop Tree Path, Garden of Contemplation, and Metasequoia Path. The park includes a self-retention basin to prevent flood damage, which serves as a disaster prevention facility in emergencies and a resting area for citizens during normal times. Various flowers and trees such as azaleas, cosmos, king cherry trees, and silver grass were planted for citizens' relaxation. A waterside park with a deck road over water and groundwater utilization was created. Additionally, benches, shade shelters, fountains, and lighting offer various attractions.

광명시 오리로 268번지에 위치한 기형도문학관은 연면적 879. 78㎡(지상 3층)에 전시실, 북카페, 강당, 도서공간을 보유하고 있다.기형도문학관은 광명시를 대표하는 문학관으로서 기형도 시인의 문학 자료의 체계적 수집과 보존, 연구와 전시 및 교육 기능을 갖춘 복합문화공간이다. 기형도 시인의 필체가 담긴 노트, 상장, 동아일보 신춘문예 상패 및 생전에 발표했던 원고 등이 전시되어 있다.

Chunghyeon History Park is a park themed around the historical records of Ori Yi Won-ik, a prime minister during the Joseon Dynasty. In the approximately 1,400-pyeong park, visitors can explore the political thoughts and philosophies of Yi Won-ik throughout the park. Cultural heritage sites include Ori Yi Won-ik's ancestral home, Gwanguamdang, Yi Won-ik's portrait, the site of Chunghyeon Seowon, his tomb, and a stele. It takes about five minutes on foot from Chunghyeon History Park toward Soha Intersection to reach Ori Yi Won-ik's old house, the Chunghyeon Museum, and Chunghyeon Seowon. The Chunghyeon Museum, established by Yi Won-ik's descendants, is the only clan museum in the country. Here, visitors can see Yi Won-ik's portrait and Gwanguamdang, which was bestowed by the Joseon king, as well as various other materials related to Yi Won-ik.
