The flower garden created in Guri Hangang Citizens' Park is a place where citizens can share enjoyable moments together. The park consists of a cosmos tunnel, canola and cosmos flower zones, a family healing camping site, a circular zone (nature study area), and walking trails. The family healing camping site, located along the Hangang River, does not permit camping or cooking, but is equipped with various facilities such as shade trees, restrooms, and drinking fountains, making it a popular spot for family outings. In May, when the scent of spring is rich, the Guri Hangang Canola Flower Festival showcases carefully cultivated canola flowers. Various events for children take place in celebration of Family Month, and a popular singer's live concert and other performances are held on the wide lawn square. In autumn, when the river breeze is cool, the Cosmos Festival is held in Guri Hangang Citizens' Park, where cosmos flowers bloom in abundance. With beautiful waves of cosmos and diverse attractions and events, visitors can enjoy the deepening autumn atmosphere with family and lovers. It has already become a famous metropolitan area festival, attracting many tourists every year.

Guri Hangang Park offers a perfect rest area for visitors where visitors can feel the cool breeze coming off the river and rest amidst the beautiful natural scenery. The park’s bounties of flowers are at their peak in May with field of canola flowers, and in September when the cosmos bloom.

Jangja Lake Ecological Experience Center is an ecological education and experience space located within Jangja Lake Park in Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do. Opened in 2012, it offers various environmental education programs and hands-on activities. The exhibition hall displays the lake's flora and fauna and the pollution restoration process. Facilities include an ecological tree observation area, experience facilities, and walking trails.

Guri City worked to improve the water quality of Jangja Lake in order to form the Jangja Lake Park and in the process an ecological zone was created. A 3.6 km tree-lined walking trail runs through the park and is frequently used by people enjoying an outing or getting some light exercise. Concerts, exhibitions, and other events are held on the outdoor stage on weekends and the park is widely used as a place to relax by local residents. * Size - Area 107,385 m², average water depth 2.2 m (0.2 m~4.7 m), and walkway 4.6 km

Located opposite the Guri Police Station in Gwanggaeto the Great Square, the site features the Gwanggaeto the Great Stele and statue. The stele was erected in September of the 3rd year of Jangsu's reign (414 AD), two years after the death of King Gwanggaeto, in the ancient capital of Guknae-seong (Jipan), alongside the king's tomb. It is the largest four-sided stone stele in East Asia, measuring 6.39 meters in height and 1.35–2 meters in width. The stele is made from naturally and slightly carved andesite tuff in the shape of a container, with 44 lines and 1,775 characters engraved in low relief using a unique bold calligraphy style of Goguryeo based on clerical script (예서; 隸書). This inscription is considered one of the finest epigraphic records illuminating Goguryeo history of the time. The Gwanggaeto the Great statue is a bronze figure restoring the face of King Gwanggaeto who greatly extended Goguryeo's power across East Asia. The first statue of this kind in Korea, it stands 4.05 meters tall and 2.7 meters wide, erected on March 2, 2002. The statue depicts the king in his 30s wearing a ceremonial crown, holding an egg engraved with the three-legged crow (Samjok-o), a symbol of the sun, in his right hand.

The Guri Cultural Foundation is a cultural and arts institution located in Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do. Centered around Guri Art Hall, it plays a role in supporting the development of local culture and residents' enjoyment of culture through various performances, exhibitions, and cultural arts programs.
