행복초밥은 덕이동 로데오거리 근처에 있는 포장 전문 초밥집이다. 매장 앞에 깨끗한 수족관이 있고 안에 들어가면 조리하는 공간과 포장을 기다리는 대기석으로 나뉘어 있다. 이곳은 생연어 6개, 구운 연어 6개, 생새우 7개, 자숙새우 7개, 모둠 6개, 산 광어 5개의 초밥 메뉴와 모둠회덮밥, 연어회 덮밥, 새우튀김 5마리의 메뉴가 있는데, 전체 메뉴는 만원에 구성되어 있다. 광어, 쌀, 야채는 국내산을 사용하며 재방문 시 용기를 챙겨오면 국물을 무료 제공한다. 방문 한 시간 전 전화 예약이 필수이며 주말, 공휴일은 오픈 예약주문이 많아 당일 방문해서 첫 주문 하더라도 30~40분가량 대기 할 수 있다. 근처 경의·중앙선 탄현역이 있어 대중교통으로 이용할 수 있다.
