한양간 고등어는 일산서구 덕이초등학교 옆에 있는 생선구이 전문점이다. 하얀색 큰 간판이 돋보이는 건물로 매장 앞에 넓은 주차장이 있어 편하게 주차할 수 있다. 통유리로 되어 있는 깔끔한 내부는 층고가 높고 넓어 테이블이 많이 배치되어 있고 테이블 간격도 넓게 되어 있다. 이 식당은 고등어, 제주은갈치, 추자도 참조기, 임연수, 삼치 등을 이탈리아 화덕 오븐에서 직접 구워 제공하고 다양하고 정갈하고 반찬이 함께 제공된다. 매장 한쪽에는 추가 반찬과 국은 이용할 수 있는 셀프바가 있다.
