The menu includes 6 pieces of raw salmon, 6 pieces of grilled salmon, 7 pieces of raw shrimp, 7 pieces of boiled shrimp, 6 assorted sushi, 5 pieces of wild flatfish sushi, assorted sashimi rice bowl, salmon sashimi rice bowl, and 5 shrimp tempura, all priced at 10,000 won. Flatfish, rice, and vegetables are domestically sourced, and customers who bring their own containers upon revisiting receive free broth. Reservations by phone at least one hour before visiting are mandatory. On weekends and public holidays, pre-orders are many, so even the first order of the day may require a 30–40 minute wait. The nearby Gyeongui-Jungang Line Tanhyeon Station provides public transportation access.
