오픈키친 바 테이블에 앉아 셰프가 한 접시씩 내어주는 돈카츠 오마카세를 경험할 수 있는 고성 천진의 미식 공간이다. 보배진은 안심·등심·등심 가브리·항정·등심삼겹·살치 등 다양한 부위의 고기를 카츠 형태로 선보이는 오마카세 레스토랑으로, 셰프가 메뉴마다 원물의 산지부터 먹는 방법까지 직접 설명해준다. 강원도 고성에 자리한 만큼 코스 중간에 해산물도 등장하며, 제주 달고기를 튀겨 요거트 소스와 곁들이는 구성은 이곳만의 별미로 꼽힌다. 코스의 마무리는 카츠산도와 고성 쌀로 만든 푸딩에 딸기를 얹어 낸 디저트로 마무리된다. 지역 식재료를 중심으로 구성된 코스는 강원도 고성에서만 즐길 수 있는 특별한 미식 경험을 선사한다. 좌석은 바 테이블로만 운영되며 규모가 작아 방문 전 예약이 필수다.
