Cheongsol Garden is a Korean restaurant specializing in soup dishes such as chamge-tang (freshwater crab soup), megitang (catfish soup), and chamge-megitang (freshwater crab and catfish soup). Popular menu items include euneo hoe (sweetfish sashimi), euneo gui (grilled sweetfish), euneo twigim (fried sweetfish), and chamge-tang, made with freshwater crabs and sweetfish caught from the Seomjin and Boseong Rivers. Entering the mansion-like exterior on the second floor, there is a secret, low-ceiling passage. Passing through this secret passageway reveals a panoramic view of the Boseong River. Chamge-tang requires preparation time as the crab meat is carefully removed by hand to cook sujebi (hand-torn noodle soup), so reservations are essential.
