Gokseong Train Village Traditional Market is a mid-sized market established in 1956, operating on the 3rd and 8th days of each month. The Gokseong 5-day market was newly relocated in 2009 as part of the traditional market modernization project and continues as Gokseong Train Village Traditional Market. It mainly trades grains, cotton fabrics, bamboo craft products, chestnuts, tableware, and other daily sundries, as well as specialty products such as native honey and Dolsilmapo from Seokgok-myeon.
