Gwayeok Market is a traditional market held in Gwayeok-myeon, Goheung-gun, with market days on the 5th and 10th of each month. It is famous as a place where local residents sell their home-grown agricultural products and seafood at affordable prices, and visitors can enjoy a variety of foods and sights. Reflecting the regional characteristics, the market features seafood traded at very low prices, including fresh catches by small fishing boats and seafood from the mudflats, offering fresher options compared to those brought in from outside the area.
