Introduction

This place was selected as a 'Baeknyeon Gage' (Century-Old Store) by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups in 2019. Located in front of Gimcheon Jikjisa, it is known for mountain vegetable bibimbap and has strived for 37 years to earn customer trust by specializing in mountain vegetable Korean table d’hôte. Their representative menu includes a variety of mountain vegetable set meals reminiscent of a royal feast and charcoal-grilled bulgogi cooked over a brazier. They cook using soybean paste and soy sauce made from domestic soybeans and homemade Taeyangcho red pepper paste. With a management philosophy of continuing the family business through their children, they aim to serve customers for a long time. They focus on quality control by using organic and eco-friendly ingredients beneficial to health and follow the principle of using ingredients prepared on the same day. In 2014, they won the grand prize at the Gimcheon City local representative food contest and received a commendation from the Gyeongbuk governor in 2017.
