Introduction

용두식당은 경북 김천시에 위치하고 있는 냉면 전문점이다. 국내산 한우를 사용하여 육수를 우려내어 정성스럽게 만드는 물냉면, 비빔냉면은 용두식당의 대표 메뉴이다. 용두식당 냉면은 메밀, 전분 등을 제분하여 반죽하고 면을 뽑는 모든 과정을 직접 하고 있다. 돼지고기 수육 또한 국내산 생돼지 고기를 사용하여 잡내 없이 부드러운 맛이 특징이다. 이외에도 불고기전골과 곰탕 등 다양한 메뉴가 준비되어 있다. 식당 내부가 크지는 않지만 충분한 좌석이 준비되어 있으며 혼밥 하는 사람들도 편한 식사가 가능하다.
