Introduction
This place started offering baeksuk (boiled chicken) made from home-raised chickens in response to students and leisure visitors requesting snacks to accompany Sanseong Makgeolli. Since 1980, it has been serving duck and black goat dishes. It takes great pride in black goat dishes, a local cuisine of Busan, and has continuously researched and developed traditional black goat bulgogi recipes. It uses domestically sourced black goat and duck, and provides vegetables cultivated in its own garden. In addition, it differentiates itself by developing its own matured seasoning with added herbal medicine. It freely offers a jokgu court for customers' outdoor leisure activities, making it a good place for group gatherings or company dinners. It is popular for allowing guests to relax with a meal in fresh air.
