Located within Eumjido Marine Park, this building has a total floor area of 7,576㎡ and consists of an exhibition hall and a solar tower. It features the largest (600kW) and tallest (136m) solar power generation facility in a single building in Korea. Changwon Solar Tower, one of Changwon's landmarks, is designed in the shape of a sail with over 200 solar modules attached. At a height of 120 meters, there is a circular observatory symbolizing the sun, offering panoramic views of nearby Busan Port New Port, the Geoga Bridge, and Jinhae Bay.

Maengjong bamboo, also known as Honam bamboo, Juksun bamboo, Japanese bamboo, and Mo bamboo, is the thickest bamboo with a height of 10 to 20 meters and a diameter of about 20 cm. Geoje Maengjong Bamboo Theme Park is a bamboo forest therapy space that offers healing and experiences using this Maengjong bamboo and the natural environment. Visitors can experience healing through bamboo forest bathing by utilizing and preserving Maengjong bamboo, as well as landscape therapy that combines sea views and environmental art. Adventure forest experiences with fun and thrills, such as survival games, are popular among youth.

If you go down to the left on the way to Haegeumgang, you will come to Dojangpo Village, and the place located north of that village is the Hill of the Wind. The original name was 'Ddibatneul,' but since 2002 it has been called the Hill of the Wind. Looking at the sea from the hill, it is infinitely wide, quiet, and the cool breeze brings freshness. Everything seen here wears a leisurely charm that is never boring. The island, the lighthouse, the cruise ship, and even the wind all look leisurely. It is the perfect place to throw away or let your burdens be carried away by the sea or the wind. In November 2009, a windmill was installed to provide a sightseeing attraction for tourists. 포로수용소에 대한 각종기록물과 영상자료, 포로들의 이송, 수송, 투쟁, 송환과 각종 사건에 대한 실물기록에 의한 실증적인 유적박물관이다. 박물관 내에는 전시실, 영상실, 기념품판매소가 설치되어 있으며, 전시실에는 포로의 발생, 배경, 생활사, 포로유품, 폭동, 석방 등이 전시되어 있고, 영상실에는 당시 촬영한 필름과 포로출신 인터뷰를 통하여 10분간 포로에 대한 내용을 상영하며 상징조형물은 "전쟁, 분단 그리고 화합" 이라는 제목으로, 한국 전쟁 당시의 상황은 찌그러진 철모에 생긴 총알 구멍을 보면 치열했던 전투를 추측할 수 있으며, 전쟁으로 인해 사로잡힌 많은 포로들이 이곳 거제도에 수용되었다.
