The Geochang Gangnam Temple Site Standing Stone Buddha Statue is a stone standing Buddha located at the Gangnam Temple ruins in Sangcheon-ri, Wicheon-myeon, Geochang-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do. It is a large stone Buddha statue, measuring 3.65 meters in height and 1.5 meters in width. This statue dates back to the Unified Silla period and features a halo (광배, gwangbae) representing the light emanating from the Buddha's body, which is why it is also called the Gangnam Stone Buddha (江南佛石佛). Because of this statue, the village came to be known as Gangnambul or 'Bucheoji.' The face is heavily eroded, but the three lines of wrinkles (삼도, samdo) on the neck are clearly depicted. It appears to wear clothing covering both shoulders and the chest, but overall it is so worn that its shape is difficult to discern. The lower part of the waist area was damaged and partially restored, which caused some loss of the original form.

Golden Monkey Village is located below Geumwon Mountain and is named by interpreting the Chinese characters for Geumwon. True to its name, there is a monkey photo zone carved from wood. To the left of the village lies Geumwon Mountain, and to the right stands Deogyu Mountain like a folding screen. Nearby, Geumwon Mountain Natural Recreation Forest and Suseungdae are adjacent, making the village rich in sights, food, and entertainment. There are also accommodation facilities available for a comfortable stay. Clear natural water flows through the village, and on quiet nights, countless stars in the sky shine, making it a healing village where tired body and mind can rest peacefully.

Suseungdae Experience and Recreation Village, located in Geochang-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, is a clean village with beautiful nature, clear water, and fresh air, offering a place to rest the body and mind tired from city life. It serves as a base sharing local tourist attractions, historical resources, and cultural resources. The village has facilities that can accommodate up to 100 people simultaneously, and is equipped with various conveniences including experience rooms, conference rooms, outdoor showers, and an outdoor stage. Various experiences are available year-round, such as handmade sausage making, Geochang apple rose pie making, pizza making, personalized cup making, strawberry picking, pottery experience, and natural dyeing experience.

Geochang Bangguheon is a residence where Mr. Yaong Jeong Gi-pil, who served as the governor of Yeongyang during the reigns of King Heonjong and King Cheoljong of Joseon, lived. Mr. Yaong was renowned for his integrity and virtue while in office as a local magistrate. After resigning from his position and returning to his hometown without property or residence, he is said to have established Bangguheon with the help of the then Anei magistrate. The name Bangguheon implies self-reflection and introspection. Only the main gate building and Sarangchae remain, and based on a ridge beam inscription in the Sarangchae, it is estimated to have been rebuilt in 1870. The Sarangchae, known as Bangguheon, is a relatively large building with a paljakgi (hip-and-gable) tiled roof, measuring five kan wide by five kan deep. Its most notable feature is that the daecheong (main hall) consists of one kan but is not centrally located, and there are three rooms. It has a wooden-floored veranda with railing on one side. The floor plan includes a centrally positioned hearth at the rear, allowing two rooms to be heated simultaneously. Although simple and modest in structure, the building exudes the dignified atmosphere of a noble family and is an important architectural asset.

This is the house where the mid-Joseon Dynasty scholar Jeong On was born. His descendants rebuilt it in 1820 and enshrine Jeong On's spirit tablet in the shrine on the premises. The old house is located in a basin surrounded by high mountains, so despite being in the southern region, the cold is severe. It was built in the northern-style double-house form. Because it is near the Hoseo region where rainfall is frequent, the outer house's nunmaru (wooden veranda) was constructed with a double roof, which is architecturally unique and also called an eyebrow roof. The outer house is notable for decorating the angled section with a nunmaru and installing an eyebrow roof. Both the main house and outer house are composed in the double-house style typical of northern houses, but the foundation is low and the wooden porch is set high, characteristic of southern houses. These features contribute to the academic value of the house, making it an excellent resource for studying late Joseon yangban residences. It is designated as a National Folk Cultural Heritage and is generally open to the public, though access may be restricted due to the owner's personal circumstances.
