Introduction

Opened in 1974, it has maintained its original Pyongyang naengmyeon recipe to this day. Its signature Pyongyang mul-naengmyeon features chewy yet tender noodles and a savory broth made from slowly simmered beef brisket seasoned with dongchimi (radish water kimchi) broth. The mung bean pancakes are made by grinding mung beans directly, and old-fashioned bulgogi is also a representative menu item. Other popular dishes include Eobok Jaengban (assorted boiled beef platter), mandu jeongol (dumpling hot pot), galbitang (beef short rib soup), and seolleongtang (ox bone soup). It offers lunch specials and has spacious group seating, making it ideal for various gatherings.
