[Selected as a 'Baeknyeon Gage' by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups in 2018] This is a place where you can enjoy ssambap (rice wrapped in leafy vegetables) with unlimited ssam vegetables and handmade tofu carefully made from Paju Jangdan soybeans. The meat served with ssambap is first grilled in a patented ocher kiln to enhance the flavor of the meat. The fresh tofu, known for its unique firmness and savory taste, is also a popular menu item.
