고수동굴은 충청북도 단양군 단양읍 고수리 기슭에 자리 잡고 있는 동굴로 약 5억년 전 고생대 전기 해저에서 퇴적된 석회암이 모암으로 발달한 석회암 동굴이다. 천연기념물 제 256호로 지정되었으며, 총 길이 1,700m의 종유동굴이다.
