Harehare is a bakery cafe designated as a master confectioner in Daejeon Metropolitan City, operating only in Daejeon. All products contain gluten-decomposing probiotics to make low-gluten items, and they also produce bread made from 100% rice. Additionally, they develop 'food upcycling' menus created by the owner who is the first Asian champion of the world baking competition, 'Upbread,' a European bread. Operated directly by a master confectioner who introduces diverse healthy ingredients and trendy bakery menus, it offers many types of bread, pastries, and beverages. Regular internal and external baking seminars are held at the Harehare Baking Lab.
