Chan Saem Village is a village preserved in its pristine natural state, receiving the spirit of Nogosan Mountain amid the clear water of Daecheong and fresh air. In Chan Saem Village, there are the Daejeon Gwangyeoksi monuments Nogosanseong and Seongchisanseong, and from the summit of Nogosan, the view of Daecheongho is exquisite. Nearby are Gyejoksanseong, Jikhyeonseong, Masandong Sanseong, Gyeondusanseong, and Baekgolsanseong visible across Daecheong Dam.
